Muskoka’s oldest Inn has watched the river turn 150 times, and they’ve finally found the drink to match. Book their Cranberry Season rate, and they’ll meet you at check-in with a glass of local cranberry wine, poured in an 1876 stone house with the falls just outside the window.
Then settle in. Twenty rooms overlooking the Muskoka River and Bracebridge Bay — ten in the original Victorian house, ten in the Mews with balconies built for a crisp October evening. Wander the falls, drive the Route, come back to a fire and a view that hasn’t changed in a century and a half.
