Nothing better than craft brews and woodfired pizza!

The Saloon at Sawdust City Brewery is already the go-to spot in Gravenhurst. They have 12 taps dedicated to great craft brews, host exciting events throughout the week like the ultra competitive trivia night, and are a staple for live music with their Live at the Saloon music series every Saturday night.
Well, the bar inside the brewery just got better with the introduction of woodfired pizzas to pair with their delicious craft beers. Teaming up with local pizza legend Ronnie, from Ronnie’s Woodfire Pizza, the Saloon at Sawdust City will be serving up ‘Muskoka Style’ pizza that Ronnie’s has become famous for. These handmade organic, sourdough pizzas are topped with the freshest ingredients and will be available at the Saloon with weekly variations of vegetarian or charcuterie meats.
A local favourite, Ronnie’s Woodfire Pizza will still be serving up woodfired pizzas to their loyal following from their main location in Bracebridge. The great news is this delicious ‘za is now available in Gravenhurst, and you can pair it with one of Sawdust City’s award-winning brews.

- Woodfired pizza is available 7 days a week, 11am – 11pm (regular Saloon Hours)
- Pair your woodfired pizza with a brewery tour. Tours take place on Saturdays from 1pm to 4pm
- Tuesday Team Trivia nights have become very popular. Bring a team or join one and est your trivia skills. Prizes for the winners and fun for everyone!
- Live at the Saloon music series features a different band every Saturday night at 8pm. Rock, county, folk, reggae, pop hits, covers, originals: if it gets you moving, they’ve got it on stage
