About
The Tree Museum is located on a 200-acre woodland lot that combines the pleasure of a walk in the woods with the surprise of contemporary site-specific sculpture. The tour is self-directed, with signs and information to help you enjoy the experience. Allow yourself the time to enjoy the walk and discover the art.
The Tree Museum is open from June 1st to October 30th, from 10am to 6pm.
It is 2.2 kilometres from Doe Lake Rd to the centre of the site, and about 1 kilometre to the first sculpture. You park your car in the field as you turn off Doe Lake Road. You cannot drive into the site; you have to walk.
Please wear hiking boots/runners – this is a walk in the woods, with rock climbing.
The site is not wheelchair accessible. There is no washroom or coffee/gift shop, but there is an outhouse at the centre of the site.
