About
Muskoka Arts & Crafts (MA&C) is one of the oldest and most well-established arts organizations in Ontario, having grown since its inception in 1963 to include a diverse membership of professional full-time artists, part-time artists, hobbyists, amateurs, patrons and art enthusiasts that creates a dynamic environment where everyone can learn from each other.
MA&C runs programming out of the Chapel Gallery. Housed in a reconstruction of the first Presbyterian Church in Bracebridge, the Chapel Gallery hosts exhibitions, programming workshops & camps. This space is only open by appointment and is also available for event rentals.
MA&C opened its second location, MAC ON MAIN, in March 2024. This new space gives the organization and over 370+ Members exposure in downtown Bracebridge, located at 63 Manitoba Street. This new space will feature new exhibitions and ongoing events throughout the year. Don’t miss this stop!
For details of programs and events, visit their Events, Workshops & Programming page here.
2026 marks the 64th year of the MA&C Annual Summer Show. Visit their Summer Show page here for the full event lineup.
They are excited to announce that the Township of Muskoka Lakes has approved a pilot project for MA&C to operate a seasonal art gallery and boutique at the Windermere Village Hall for the upcoming 2026 summer season!
From May to October, this historic community space will be transformed into a vibrant hub for visual art and fine craft, featuring curated work by MA&C members from across the Muskoka region.
