The Humble Pie Butter Tart Factory & Pizzeria is located at the south end of Lake of Bays in the picturesque Village of Baysville. They offer a selection of delicious home-style pies, pastries, buttermilk scones, cookies, breads, and seasonal specialties. Their most popular culinary delight is the infamous Humble Pie Butter Tart! New this year Bacon Butter Tarts – they do not disappoint! Don’t miss out on their savoury selection of quiche, meat pies, Shepherd’s pies, casseroles, and hand-crafted Italian-style pizzas. If you’re in a hurry, they offer grab & go breakfast sandwiches, grilled paninis, deli-style sandwiches, pizza slices, cold drinks, coffee, tea & hot chocolate.
The bakery partners up with local artisans retailing Fairy Falls Sugarbush maple syrup, Muskoka Craft honey, Muskoka Roastery Coffee Co., and Muskoka Wild Brine craft condiments. Their retail space features traditional Indigenous wall art by Irene Verdin, Glass Bead Jewelry by Cori Morin, and Wildlife Watercolour greeting cards by Brooke Lorraine.
