Relive the Iconic Sounds of Mellencamp’s America
John Cougar Mellencamp is an American original. His emotionally authentic, straight forward rock n’ roll combines pop, country, and folk to create poetic grooves. Scarecrow is the #1 tribute show to John Cougar Mellencamp recreating the energy and sonic soundscapes John Mellencamp was known for in the 80s and 90s from Jack and Diane and Hurts So Good to Small Town an more!
NEW: June & July concerts start at 7:30 pm | August & September concerts start at 7 pm
The Music on the Barge concert series is the largest outdoor concert series north of Toronto and draws thousands of seasonal and permanent residents to the shores of Gull Lake to enjoy a great evening of musical entertainment at this unique waterfront setting.
Admission is by a FREE WILL OFFERING which ensures that this great community tradition continues.
In the event of rain or lightning, concerts will be CANCELLED for the safety of the audience and performers. A decision will be made by 5:00 PM. Even if the weather clears by show-time, the show will NOT proceed because this does not allow time for setup and sound check. The moisture can also present a safety hazard for performers and the equipment. Follow us on Facebook for event updates.
To the season sponsors, entertainers, volunteers, backstage helpers and of course the wonderful audiences, thank you for your ongoing support.
