The Muskoka Wharf Pirate Festival returns Saturday & Sunday, July 5 & 6 from 10 AM to 6 PM, transforming Gravenhurst’s waterfront into a bustling pirate port filled with family-friendly adventure, live entertainment, interactive characters, and pirate-approved vendors.

This immersive, all-ages event promises to deliver two days of unforgettable fun—and it’s free to attend.

Pirate Performers & Entertainment

  • Princess Pearl, the Steeltown Mermaid
  • Beached in her grotto and longing for adventure, Princess Pearl invites young explorers to share their stories and earn magical mermaid treasures.
  • Sibling Rivalry – Hilarious swordplay and slapstick with a warring pirate brother and sister
  • Kobbler Jay – Expect juggling, fire, broken glass, and high-flying danger
  • Captain Carnegie – Lovable rogue and treasure-toting troublemaker
  • Alaska – The Pretty Boy of Pain – Award-winning circus thrills, sideshow stunts, and razor-sharp charm

Set sail on a high-seas adventure with live pirate characters and hijinks on the waters of Muskoka aboard the Wenonah II.
Cruise Times: Saturday, July 5: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM & Sunday, July 6: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Schedule Highlights

  • Festival gates open at 9:45 AM each day
  • The festival features three stages: Main Stage, Side Stage, and Music Stage, running non-stop entertainment from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM both days.
  • Daily shows by Kobbler Jay, Alaska, and Sibling Rivalry
  • Musical performances by Steve Sinnicks and Chris Devlin
  • Interactive fight scenes, storytelling, and audience participation
