Cody Ellis was born in Northern Virginia and raised in Toronto, Canada. He is a singer – songwriter who makes music from his heart, in hopes of moving others, and to honor the lineage of roots music that came before him. His influences pull from Folk, Blues, Country and Rock and Roll. After many years of playing and writing music, in 2021 he released his debut solo album, “Good Medicine”. Since then he has released a sophomore album titled “Love And The Lack Thereof” and his third album “Covered By The Song” written and recorded in Nashville TN, is out now.
