Saturday | April 11 — Regulate, Restore, Receive

9:00 AM — Morning Yoga A grounding practice designed to release tension and support nervous system balance.

10:00 AM — Nourishing Breakfast

11:00 AM — Sound Bowl Healing Meditation Guided by Trinity Healing, experience deep relaxation through therapeutic sound vibrations.
