It is an exciting week for things to do in Muskoka. The Ladies of Sawdust City will be putting on their Annual Christmas Belles & Glitter Balls Drag Show at Sawdust City. Muskoka Brewery and Santa’s Village have teamed up to bring you a fun filled and festive Winter Village. And the last Santa Claus Parade is taking place in Baysville, which could only mean one thing … it is almost Christmas!
If you love music, you will not want to miss Lunch at Allen’s performing at the Algonquin Theatre. Plus, SantaFest is back for select weekends in December before Santa gets back to his elves up north to prepare for the big night.
Christmas Belles & Glitter Balls Drag Show
The Ladies of Sawdust City are back and ready for Christmas. The Christmas Belles & Glitter Balls Drag Show will be taking place at Sawdust City Brewery on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 8pm. Make sure to arrive early because the brewery saloon will fill up fast for this anticipated annual event. Music by DJ Michelle Emson and featuring performances by Peaches, Katya kun – Tessa, Miss Icy Shivers and Tinker Bells are sure to impress!

Winter Village
Muskoka Brewery and Santa’s Village have come together to create the ultimate Winter Village to celebrate the magic of the season, this Saturday, December 8, 2018. There will be holiday shopping, delicious treats and cocktails for the folks of a certain age, and local faves Tobin Spring and Papa John will be jammin’ for the crowds all day long.
The Winter Village is also family-friendly, so don’t leave the kids out of the festive fun. There will be an on-site Kid Zone provided by Santa’s Village with holiday crafts, decorating and activities for the lil’ ones, while the popular Speaking of Wildlife series will stopping in a couple of times throughout the day to entertain the crowds.

Baysville Santa Claus Parade
This is your last chance to see a Santa Claus parade in Muskoka until next holiday season. Head to Baysville this Saturday, December 9, 2018 at 1pm to see the only Santa Claus parade in the region that goes around town not once, but TWICE! Bring the whole family to experience the magic of the season.

Lunch At Allen’s
See this all Canadian musical powerhouse, known as Lunch At Allen’s, live at the Algonquin Theatre on Sunday, December 9, 2018. The remarkably talented band members are Murray McLauchlan, Marc Jordan, Cindy Church and Ian Thomas, literally the who’s who of Canadian singer/songwriters. The intimate musical evening will be filled with laughter, familiar favourites, new material, personal anecdotes and a dash of holiday spirit.

SantaFest
Santa Claus is back in town for a few days and he is inviting you to visit him at his cottage for SantaFest.
The next 3 weekends, December 8/9, 15/16 and 22/23, bring the whole family to Santa’s Village to join in cookie decorating, face painting, games, Christmas crafts and of course that final visit with the big man himself. Admission is free for Gold Season Pass holders, or $12.95 per person.
