Looking for something fun, free, and exciting for the whole family?
Come down to the Muskoka Youth Enviro-Fest, happening Sunday, June 7th from 10am to 2pm at Memorial Park in Bracebridge. Planned by the Muskoka Climate Youth Advisory Council, it’s a great chance to support local youth in our community.
Environmental and community organizations will be present with interactive activities and to share information about how you can make a positive impact on the environment in Muskoka. Plus, visit the District of Muskoka booths to learn more about the services that support your community every day.
Activities: Make your own bird feeder, explore a clothing swap (you can bring clothes to donate) and dig into the bugs in the mud activity.
Scheduled Events:
10:30am – 11:00am Norman Yan from Friends of Muskoka Watershed to speak about their ash program and forest protection
11:30-1:00pm Animal Meet and Greet from Scales Nature Park
Will also have Lez Eats Food truck on site for some yummy bites.
