The music of Leah Leslie includes familiar folk, blues and country, jazz treasures and a few originals, including a ballad to delight anyone who has experienced a small-town bar: “Sprucedale Hotel.”
Leah grew up in Huntsville and has travelled coast-to-coast in Canada and the US with her constant companion, a 1976 Grit Laskin acoustic guitar. The road took her to clubs where she shared the stage with musicians as diverse as Stan Rogers and Jeff Healey.
Bars, restaurants, concert venues and private parties: Leah has entertained guests all over the region with her smoky voice, banter, and even custom songs she has written for special occasions like birthdays and retirement parties.
In November 2026, Leah will travel to Nashville to record a second album, after her self-published work in 2003.
