Try their maple inspired brew all month long, Maple Butter Tart Ale. Pair your pint with their maple feature: Chili Maple Peameal Sandwich with Muskoka Cream Ale mustard, and maple smoked aged white cheddar

Co-Founders Curt Dunlop and Jed Corbeil of Session Toronto and Session Muskoka (formerly Muskoka Beer Fest), had an interesting idea for 2015. Collaboration Nation North, Northern municipalities submitted ideas for special beers to be brewed. On the August long weekend, festival goers sampled the resulting beverages and voted for their favourite. Midland’s suggestion “Maple Butter Tart Ale” took the prize, which consisted of a one-year commitment from the LCBO to sell the beer. Brewed by Sawdust City Brewmaster Sam Corbeil, Maple Butter Tart Ale measures at 5% ABV & is described as infused with extracts of butter rum extract, vanilla, maple, and caramel.

This tasty brew pairs well with pretty much anything. Stop in for lunch or dinner, and pair the Maple Butter Tart Ale with their daily soup feature, or one of their mouth-watering, locally sourced menu items. From March 14 - April 23 they will be featuring a Chili Maple Peameal Sandwich with Muskoka Cream Ale mustard, and maple smoked aged white cheddar. That sounds amazing!
