Now that you've filled out your Membership application form and have joined the MTMA family, please download the Microsoft Word file below, fill it out and fax or email it back to us at info@muskokatourism.ca or 705-689-9118.

We will use this information to build your online listing on www.discovermuskoka.ca, and to help more effectively promote you when dealing with inquiries.

Please note that if you do not fill this out, and have not filled out the information on the back of the Membership Form, that your online listing on www.discovermuskoka.ca will not be as effective. To find out more about how you can take advantage of your listing and use the online tools to make sure it is up to date, please download the Website Manual from our Member Benefits Downloads page.
